Cunningham Lindsey responds to Typhoon Lan

Typhoon Lan, with sustained winds of 165 kilometers per hour has made landfall in Japan and is affecting weather patterns across the entire country as it travels north along Japan’s East Coast. Several areas in Japan have recorded significant rainfall greater than 500 mm in the past 72 hours according to the Japan Meteorological Agency.

Major flooding with the possibility of landslides are predicted with potential physical damage to buildings, property and construction sites.

Sylvia Lin joins Cunningham Lindsey Japan

As part of our continued commitment to provide quality adjusting services, Cunningham Lindsey’s Japan Team, is pleased to announce the appointment of Sylvia Lin as an Adjuster. Sylvia is a qualified non-marine loss adjuster specializing in property, liability and multinational account management.

Cunningham Lindsey Formally Opens Tokyo Office

Cunningham Lindsey, a global leader in loss adjusting and claims management services, last week (May 17) formally opened its Tokyo office. The Tokyo office is the first Cunningham Lindsey owned operation in Japan and will be directed under the leadership of Yutaka Tada.

Attending the formal opening was Global CEO Jane Tutoki, Damon Bennett, CEO of Cunningham Lindsey Asia Pacific and Yutaka Tada, General Manager, Japan. Mr. Tada joined Cunningham Lindsey in January this year and leads the firms’ operations in Japan.

Cunningham Lindsey opens Japan office

Cunningham Lindsey has opened an office in Tokyo, its only office in Japan. The Tokyo office is the first Cunningham Lindsey owned operation in Japan and will be directed under the leadership of Yutaka Tada.

Yutaka Tada joins Cunningham Lindsey to lead and manage the firms’ operations in Japan. He brings with him a wealth of expertise, having worked in claims at a senior level for over 30 years. His experience includes involvement in loss assignments throughout Japan and all over the world. He has also been based for extended periods in the US and Singapore.
