The passage of Hurricane Maria has continued to present additional logistical challenges to our deployment throughout the affected islands but we have been able to assist many of our client’s needs.
Currently, we have teams of adjusters based in BVI, USVI, St. Martin, St. Maarten, Anguilla, Puerto Rico and Turks & Caicos. Our adjusting teams are supported by surveyors, accountants from FAS Global and engineering support from EFI Global in the U.S.
As the airports reopen, we will be deploying further staff to the Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico. We have been utilizing staff from throughout our global network to provide support the islands impacted.
We have staff from our Latin American office joining our existing team in Puerto Rico to ensure we have the local language skills necessary to work effectively there.
We have additional staff awaiting deployment and expect the bulk of these will be on-station within the next two (2) weeks. We also have sufficient staff capacity and our resourcing remains under active daily review to ensure we have the necessary staff in each location.
