Cunningham Lindsey in Germany brings you numerous years of expertise and experience within the German insurance market, bundled into three marine offices – offering proximity to our clients.

The marine team has experience in:

• Cargo: Container (Dry/Bulk), General, Perishable Foodstuffs and Beverages.

• Liability: Carriers Liability/Inland Marine and P&I.

• Claims management and recovery: TPA and Recovery

• Specialist investigation: Marine fraud and theft investigation

• Risk Management: Logistical analysis

In addition to this, we also carry out warehouse inspections and pre-risk surveys – in particular fire risks! The team is fluent in English and is well connected to the German market.
