20th Sep 2017

Expert in this field

A 7.1 magnitude earthquake has struck Mexico near Atencingo in the state of Puebla, about 75 miles from Mexico City. This earthquake hit on the anniversary of the largest earthquake that hit Mexico City 32 years ago.

People in the city had been carrying out their annual evacuation drills earlier in the morning.

CEO Mexico, Steve Clayton has advised that buildings have suffered serious damage which has resulted in major loss of life.

Our office is undamaged and operational and we have already started work with losses being assigned in the immediate aftermath.

We have resources joining us from elsewhere in our Latin American network to assist our existing team.

If we may assist you in anyway, please contact either Steve Clayton in Mexico City, Laura De Sordi in Miami or Neil Keeble in London.
